This is my land emphasis landscape. It was taken October 30th in Bena at 3:59 pm on the scenery mode
with the flash on.
First I used the clone stamp tool to get rid of some of the stuff on the ground and I also edited the trees on the upper right hand corner. Then using curves I enhanced it a bit ; output 185 and input 196. And I also used brightness/contrast; brightness - 8 and contrast to 66.This is a land emphasis because there's more land than sky and the main focus is on the train tracks. I like this it because I it makes me think about history and I thought it was something different compared to what I usually take pictures of.

This is my sky emphasis landscape. It was taken on October 20th at 4:45pm on the scenery mode with the flash on.
The first thing I did is took the power lines out using the clone stamp tool.
Then I went to curves and brought it up a little bit. Afterwords I used the vibrance tool and put the vibrance to 8 and kept the saturation the same. The picture really didn't need a whole lot of editing so that why I only edited it a little bit. I I love this picture because it's like a perfect sunset. And this was the view from my bedroom window so thats even better.
=))
